It's a grammatical characteristic and device found in Ebonics (also known as AAVE, short for African American Vernacular English) - the version of English spoken by African Americans in the US. Of course, it follows that the modern rap music genre, of which African Americans are the pioneers, have these kinds of expressions in them. I think it's called double negatives or something like that. An example " I don't got got no problems." which simply means "I don't have problems." You can look it up online for more information.
