Too many of these people catch the cheaters in the act and do not think to snap photos or make a video when these people are in the most vulnerable and embarrassing situations which are perfect for a great divorce advantage or if you are trying to get revenge as a lot of these people say that they are going to do with no proof or leverage!?!? You cannot sue someone without evidence.
What I never understand in any of these stories is why would you leave your home when you find the cheating spouse naked in the bedroom, living room, kitchen or anywhere in your house having sex with someone other than yourself!?!? What kind of weak person are you to look at someone having sex in your house or car and you do not try to beat the crap out of both individuals, especially when they are undressed and at a great disadvantage with all the goodies exposed!?!? Problem with story one was the guy made her Father's company more well off which his now Ex-wife would eventually benefit thru inheriting the business as he should have started his own company and then reduced his former one so the ex got nothing.

Just because 1 party breaks the contract does not mean the contract is void. He should. Have filed for divorce at the time he found out. Secure his assets, file.

The only exception would be if the contract has severable terms, and of a contract does, that is called out, which terms are severable is specified and the fact that other terms continue in the presence of a severed term is specified. So, no, he wasn't obliged to carry his end of the contract because it was destroyed in whole. So there.
