Got an idea for a fun experiment to run, although it will take a long time to get the roster set I think.
A fantasy draft of every player to get an all star award, or just top 100 players in nba history, but as rookies. Would be fun to see who gets picked first, and how some of the all time greats developed together on same teams.

Eddie house was my first favorite basketball player who really got me into the sport, I even based my game off of his once I was old enough to shoot threes properly. Such a clutch shooter and a great budget option for literally any contender. Ill never forget when he went off on rafer Alston when things got personal. I'm happy to see a universe where he had even more success. Also, and I hold no disrespect for mo Williams, but if 2000s Lebron had an offensive running mate on par with Gilbert arenas, he could have really focused on unleashing his true 2-way potential, and winning multiple dpoys before 25 wouldn't have been unrealistic at all. A bald eagle flew by my porch as I was typing this.

Not sure if it was mentioned in the comments, but I believe Nene did go by his real name in 2K3. I don't completely recall if they had started calling him just Nene in the following game. It might've been Nene Hilario in 2K4 just cause I don't think they figured out how to just do single name names yet.
They did something similar with Leandro Barbosa where in his rookie year in 2K4, they had his full name with Leandrinho Barbosa but every year following it was the shorter one.
