    how many hours a day would you recommend working? What should we do during our break?

    • @TheArchitecturalInsider
      @TheArchitecturalInsider  4 года назад +3

      To be honest, what we should do ideally is waking up say 8 in the morning 7 and do whatever you need to do. If that's working out making a nice breakfast, mediate whatever it might be. So then we say we start uni work at 9, and then work say until 1 and have a 1-hour break, in this break I suggest just leave the area you are working in to just let your mind rest, reset and then you can continue working at the highest production level. You can go for a walk with a sandwich or have a coffee just make sure what you eat isn't going to make you feel sleepy or make you feel drowsy because as much as we love fast food it makes you tired and unproductive. You can leave this heavy meal for dinner lol.
      You should continue at 2 and work until 5 or even 6 if you are behind. Now I don't want to tell you how to live your life because everyone has different circumstances. The main goal is to be productive and when you set a task you do actually do it even if it's crap you will get better and be able to do things quickly and make it high quality.
      The gist of this long reply is to go into a routine because it will be hard at the beginning but trust me I have been waking up at 7:30 in the morning every day for 2 months now and it's amazing I get so much done and yes it was hard at the beginning but it is much easier now.
      I hope this helped you with your question, if you need any more help I am here :)

    Question: which country are you from?
    I'm asking because I get 6 years of degree here and I'm so impressed/jealous that you only get 3.

    • @TheArchitecturalInsider
      @TheArchitecturalInsider  4 года назад +1

      I'm from England, well to be fully qualified you need a masters with work experience which takes you to about 7 years in total so yh same here lol.

    • @wendykay485
      @wendykay485 4 года назад +2

      @@TheArchitecturalInsider Still shorter than ours. We get the 6, masters for 2 if you decide to go for it, then 2 years work experience under somebody else, take exam to get fully licenced. So that's 10 in total. So we get an extra 3 years and I honestly don't understand why lol

    • @TheArchitecturalInsider
      @TheArchitecturalInsider  4 года назад

      @@wendykay485 In what country are you studying in? Also, that's if no one has a break normally people take a gap year which delays stuff, even more, to be honest.

    • @wendykay485
      @wendykay485 4 года назад

      @@TheArchitecturalInsider I'm from Kenya, Africa. I honestly thought it was like this everywhere or that at least everyone got the 2 extra years. You can do 4 years and get a bachelor of architectural studies, but don't think you can become a licenced architect. You can branch to other fields though. The other two years get you a bachelor in architecture so you essentially have 2 degrees by the time you are done.
