Quick question...I'm new to tumblers & looking forward to branching out my epoxy business with them. I've often wondered while watching videos like yours, is it legal to use a registered trademark like Starbucks & put it on a tumbler to sell? I'm wanting to do it but don't want trouble. Please advise. Thanks.
While I can’t offer legal advice, i wouldn’t advise anyone to use legally trademarked images to sell as their own. You can get in trouble for that. As for me? I’m simply taking a cup that I actually bought from Starbucks (with my own money) and making it cute. 🥰 I would never take a blank or “dupe” tumbler and slap a trademarked image on it. Hi, I followed the size measurements and my lady came out the right size but the face did not cut accurately as clear as your image shows. I'm using the Explore Maker 2.
You may want to try using another image. I’ve had that problem before and it wasn’t the machine, it was the image I chose. Try that and let me know how it turns out!
Mine kept going to print and cut. Am I doing something wrong?
When uploading the image, be sure to save it as an SVG, not print then cut. If it’s not an option, find another image.

I don’t think decorated tumblers can be used at Starbucks at all. You’d have to purchase a Starbucks drink and then put it in your cup yourself.
How do you keep the vinyl from bubbling? That’s a big issue with me when layering.
Try scraping down your vinyl real good before you layer. It’s not fool proof but it helps sometimes. Sometimes I have to try multiple times before it comes out perfect 🤷🏽♀️

question what type of cricut do you recommend ?
It depends on what you plan on using your Cricut to make. I have the original Cricut Maker. I chose the Maker because it cuts thin wood and was the best of the best at the time. Ask me how much wood I’ve cut? None 😂. They all cut vinyl though. Check out the comparison chart on the Cricut website and make your decision based on what you need
