The Hosim 9125 was my second RC car. Great starter car. I had issues with the transmission cups and wrote a review on Amazon. They were quick to respond and sent me a replacement part on the house. I can't really say anything bad about them. The fact that you can replace parts was awesome. I'd say these cars are definitely above just "toy" RCs.

My Hosim 9125 is my favorite little basher. I have beat the hell out of it. Ran it on 2,3,&4s and it’s taken it. I did destroy the spur on 4s but the esc and motor didn’t mind. Also had to replace tge servo but only because my 7 year old nephew ran it full bore into a concrete culvert.. I put Traxxas Bigfoot tires and wheels on it and a 72 Chevy c10 body on it. Definitely one of my go to trucks and we’ve got a lot of them
He got me I'm loving the series on the little house you know it's not always cost like post them and all these other cars that's cheaper have people sitting there showing them on RUclips and stuff I thank you for taking the time to show us all these cars and I appreciate it thank you💯🛻🙏📹👍
I just did this and winged it. I took it all apart but did not touch those 4 chassis screws, I felt it was easier to hold and less to remember. I also added silicone grease to the dif to prevent damage. I just did this for maintenance as I had no damage. This car rips! Very cool how you are showing all how easy it is to fix and maintain! Kudos!

I'm impressed with how tiny that diff is, it's adorable.
Also I fall victim to loctite far too often, I have a blowtorch I just never use it as often as I ought to, though these days I always use it for pinions.

Weird man, I replaced my rear diff and had the exact same thing happen after first go. Haven't had time to take it back apart and see what's making the noise, but I know I checked to make sure there wasn't a freaking screw in there or anything... Maybe a small piece of rock or chipped gear tooth got in there, but same exact kinda sound.
Yeah I'm not impressed with the X08 or X07 both are not worth what your going though right now
Mine broke too I just mine put it back together and the tires won’t move the diff was spinning right i don’t know what the issue is

Seems like a few of them stay around BUT I think the point of to grow away from these as time goes forward
I've had to replace the motor on the X07 after 1 use and put the new motor in and in less then 2 or 3 minutes it stopped. It powers up and the motor shaft Spina when I took it out there is a slight repetative clicking mode that is coming out of the fan area. Have I had this issue before
So did this work and if so how long my rear tires just stopped spinning ? Is there a better replacement?

Yeah but that's going to be everything every once in a while because of the supply and demand issue that is always in existence no matter where and what you're into hopefully you'll get your parts hopefully they'll help you out 🤷

Yeah I think that's why I said This thing is it worth it I've seen other "influencers/reviewers" whatever you want to call them saying that this thing is the best thing since sliced bread and those people in honesty to me are pieces of work They got to get their head on straight ‼️
@@rcguygarage I went ahead and had ordered all four shocks 10mm smaller than the stock ones and the car got much more drivable on 3s and didn’t wheelie anymore on a rolling start. I was going to then get different tires but then my diff started clicking

Ive gone through 3 diffs in the month ive had it and Hosim wont replace any of them saying its not covered under their warranty. Does anyone know of an upgraded one or one that will work with this model please? Thanks

In the xo7 I know you had to replace the rear shortly after getting it and was wondering if you've had more issues with it. Also have you come across any better diffs for it by chance.
