Urban Chaos - Any% [

This run is obviously very flawed, but is currently the best one I came up with.
Day Of Reckoning and Headline Hostage are stages where the sadness happened, but luckily enough there were some decent moments that kept me determined to finish the run.
I think I'm off in my last split by a second but I will leave it as is, also I have no idea how one calculates in game time - seems like a lot of mundane work :D
