I love this song so much, that I regularly listen to it since the day it was released. I also adore the studio version, but I think this live performance is even better. Haywyre, to me, is the best in electronic music out there right now and that says something, because there are a lot of great EDM artists. To Martin: Never stop, your unique mixture of EDM, Funk, Jazz and Soul is something I never want to miss in my life ever again. You're the greatest.

This video is what made me want to create these experiences for people. Electronic music was already a part of my life, but Haywyre made me fall in head first into this new universe. I don't hear sounds without thinking how I would use them for a new instrument. Positive life change that I am thankful for each day!

well, there are a lot less people like Haywyre out nowadays, so for some yes it is no-talent, but for haywyre we shall bow down before our god.
That's wrong on so many levels ... Especially since this isn't EDM.
EDM is literally electronic music made so people can fucking dance, it's basically club music, and as much as you could shake yourself on such improvisation (he obviously prepared for this, but y'all get my point), it's not made for this purpose.
Glitch hop in general isn't at all something to dance over, unless you're high enough. (This video isn't all Glitch hop, again, you've got melodic bridges and all, but none of that is something you can easily dance over without some accomodation)
And also, there's some shit EDM that doesn't necessary require talent to produce.
@@crysosisback7115 If I’m not mistaken, EDM is a very wide umbrella term that covers many, MANY genres and sub genres. I believe Haywyre’s music happens to be under that umbrella.
Well one can argue it doesnt take talent; but then again playing rock or pop music doesn't take a lot of talent either per se.
But to make masterpieces like this, regardless of genre, that takes talent.
@@crysosisback7115 i know this is a 2 year old reply, but i dance to glitch hop a lot. edm is just "electronic dance music," so any electronic music you can jam out to; basically any electronic genre you like, can be edm. i like glitch hop, dubstep, video game soundtracks, and many more genres, and i dance to all of them. any genre is easily danceable, except for phonk. yes, that does mean that death metal is danceable. it can be, if that's your thing.
Live performances like this are absolutely amazing watching them play the song!
