But the affirmation, “I am the best” isn’t it. I did try it out for the week and I ended up alienating myself from a lot of people. Instead, “I am the star of my own reality” but a show without supporting actors is not one that anyone wants to watch. People have value to add to our lives too.
Interesting , I think the premise of the message in the video is just to build your confidence and believe that you’re capable of more than you think is possible for you and believe in yourself , you may not be the best but you’ve more chance of being your best if you tell yourself you are, like self fulfilling prophecies, if you tell yourself you’re the worst at something chances are you’ll never be the best.
