When I realized this in my personal life, I laid down those things, (reluctantly at first) but, soon realized how much improvement and progress I made in my hopes and desires. Am still remembering my future Vs hanging on the past. I vehemently am aware when past enters the room so to speak... I jump on it and turn and stop right then and there to remember the future I've created. You must recognize what is creating lack in your life or at least what's trying to create that lack(s)
