16 Tips To Level Faster & More Efficiently in BFA

- With BfA Just 2 weeks out, I thought I'd share some tips that will help you on your journey from 110 to 120. Ranges from leveling speed to gold making, gearing & more.

Just 2 more weeks! Here are some tips to start off the expansion right. Also another tip regarding war mode: your first quest will be to head to silithus to get your azerite necklace - You might want to wait until that's finished before you enable it(will be swarmed with people most likely)
Just one small "correction" - KJ burning wish was nerfed pretty hard the effect isnt as powerful as it was when u recorded the video

Bear Tar Tar is a no go dude. Get Fighter Chow. With the way health has been bungled, being able to heal between fights especially as a class that doesn't have out of combat heals like a Warrior or a DK, this makes all the difference. :)
Can we get a "x amount" of things that didn't make it to legion wow, now that bfa is starting? :)

The delivery of these videos is second to none. So chill and informative!
A tip from me to add to this, you get quests to go into dungeons during leveling, don't do them till you hit max level, they don't give that much exp, and not any crazy gear like the legion ones did. if you do them at max level, you get better gear from the dungeons themselfs.
Your videos got me into WoW, I only started recently. But with the help and advice I've gotten from your videos I feel less daunted by the overwhelming amount of content. Thanks MadSeason!

I don't recommend Warcraft 3 since it's so different from wow in every way and it is super outdated. If Warcraft 4 comes then sure but playing a 16 year old game is not what I would recommend.

Just wanted to add, the endless affliction talent slows your kill speed because the dps of UA is lower (same damage dealt over a longer period of time). It's purpose, IMHO, is to make it easier to spam UA during an RBG for example, just to make dispellers more paranoid. But for leveling use anything else, your dps will shoot up.

Also get the Darkmoon carousel xp buff if you're willing to not log on that character until bfa launches. This is assuming they don't somehow clear that buff post launch.
You should note that the 1000 essences was just for that one week so if you didn't get them in that first week, you missed out.

/run for i=1,GetNumQuestLogEntries() do SelectQuestLogEntry(i); SetAbandonQuest(); AbandonQuest(); end
it clears all of your quest log, handy to keep it clean

Or if you logged into WoW in the last 7 days, Blizzard helpfully dropped all your quests for you!

The catch-up gear can also be Warforged to at least 220 maybe higher plus socket so it might be worth it to keep doing them daily in hopes for a upgrade.

Did some testing with this: the first research perk I will take on live is the faster mount speed. The reduced hearth CD is nice but it will be pointless if you get the upgraded whistle. Even before the upgraded whistle, it's just more useful because you can move quickly and you'll mostly be in a zone long enough to bring the hearth off CD. You can still use your Dalaran hearth to get to SW/Org which brings you in right by the Boralis/Zuldazar portal. So really you have 2 hearths (not counting upgraded whistle). When you're farming mats, it's even more useful as you can make rounds to various flight points with stirrups or the sky golem (for herb) and knock out those nodes quick with the increased speed.

@12:11 I would also say that any of the water mounts would work as well say the fathom dweller or the stingray mount for the movement speed increase.

You can get wakening essences from any source that formerly gave Artifact Power. Most notably: the mission table and bonus rolls

Get the 3 zone factions to friendly 1st, reach friendly, then move to the next zone (at least on your 1st char) there is no quest requiring you to wait until you finish a zone before moving on. Doing this will unlock world quests & your flight master whistle as soon as possible.
Honestly i dont get why people wanna level faster at the start of an expansion? rush through all the questlines and stories and the zones that blizzard used years on creating just to get to 120 and then a few weeks later complain about theres not enough content...

for anyone looking to grind the angler rep, remember there is another way of doing this, by buying rep tokens at the timeless isle with timewalking badges. I'd pick the toon that got the most rep for the anglers and let him turn in the tokens. So if you have the benefit of more than 3 characters, you'll find yourself exalted in NO time. Just remember, that these kind of tokens you can bind are account wide.
"oh and they can warforge too" uhm i got a titanforged item out of these... just sayin'. :P

How do you increase the size of the debuff on the target bar ?
Tip for rogues = buy/craft some Rocketboots (they're quite expensive though) you can boots your movement speed up even higher then mounted AND you stay stealthed for 30 sec AND you can even walk on water with them.

Best way to get them right now is to just buy bonus rolls and hope the rolls actually fail. You get 150 per roll so 450 per week + the ones you get from just clearing antorus on whatever difficulty.
Blizz said they should be in your mailbox if you didnt get them the first week. If not contact support.
Calvados / Rezo i didnt get it. wasnt in my mail either. contacted blizz. they said they couldnt help me if i didnt get it 1st week

always wondered, would Heirloom gear work for your first level aka 110-111? obviously its not a huge deal just something me and my friends were curious about. either way it'd only be 1 level. just never see people mention it on their fast leveling guides.
