Rocha so smooth with the slo mo demonstrations. He aint wobbling or jittering or nothing. Perfect balance and smooth motion. Its beautiful. Even wonderboy aint that smooth. Granted he is talking at the same time.
I'm from taekwondo and this is one of the most dangerous if not the most, I usually do a jump spinning back kick to kick and be go away of the range
Not only is it dangerous, but it’s a thing of beauty (just look at Donnie Yen’s back kick as an example)
I just started watching karate Kombat and it is awesome. It’s also fun to see someone like Michael Vick do good in there. Poor guy gave it his best shot in the UFC. So it’s good to know that good martial artist still have another sport to compete in and make money and be good at it.

I've been practicing dis method here (/watch?v=HJzmywNVAi8) a lot and have even been tryna mod it 4 speed. Pretty much, it's meant 2 b a less telegraphed version of da spinning back kick, or even a spinning hook kick. But... it's more or less meant 4 mid-range; can't b too close!

Pankration and Karate are two different arts, there's no relation between the two.
Bow and arrows were also invented in Greece and spread around the world by Alexander the Great right? Or maybe people in different places just figured out what works by themselves and if it looks the same, then it must be effective
