  • 2nd Test Player Ratings - this is from watching live at Kings Park & I couldn't bring myself to watch it again so you're welcome to disagree on the score for some players because you always miss a few things sitting 100m from the action

    Good ratings bud. I'd give James Ryan an 8 for the grunt work.

      @@Irish780 it does actually happen periodically in close games - surely you have two options & then the winning teams player gets the nod at the final whistle, not difficult

    Fuf just sucked in the game ,eben should have gone off the field when they ask himtoo,colbe i would give a 3 then the rest just ran around on the field ,if they dont push players they loos the ball or do big jump over players heads and contrabutiong nothing by jumping so high .The only contributing player to that game was pollard he was the only player that brought on point to the match

    Where are the players running back after a kick supposed to go?

      @TripleT.TrueTest  Месяц назад

      @@tomodowd1582 it's obviously tactical & that's not to say it's illegal just never seen it done in such a coordinated way - well done Ireland! I do however think that if it persists in such an obvious way World Rugby will find a way to rein it in - just like they've done to SA due to our ability to demolish teams in scrums & mauls because they want more "open rugby"

      @@TripleT.TrueTestThe English started it a couple of seasons ago,get in place quickly and just create a wall. Totally agree really don't like it it's like breaking from the ruck with a man in front, but that's a penalty. And I'm an old Irish former full back.

    Dunno how ye can only give Pollard a 7. Without him kicking as good as he did the game would have been a disaster for the Boks.

      @@zeppirl thanks for watching. As mentioned I was at the stadium & you definitely miss a few things so maybe his rating could be different but from my view I didn't see too much to write home about re: his general play - a flyhalf should be far more than just great kicking & a 100% success rate can mask other in game deficiencies
