Hi sir, Is it a manuscript sample of Word for Springer? or is its final template after the acceptance from Springer of your manuscript I am a fresh graduate recently working on my paper in this Word id and did not submit anything before to Springer journal related to it, do I just have to submit only this file or I have to split them in to separate file like Title, Manuscript, Tables, Figures, cover letter.

You submit everything in one word file as per springer template..no splitting. Additionally if u want you can send cover letter

Sir if the tables are large not adjustable in given margins then what to do

Refer table in main text and add table in appendix of paper... or reduce font size of text inside table, change thd orientation to landscape sometime also helps..
If possible u cam spilt the table into subset tables
