- Star FM on 103.8 MHz. New transmitter reception from Upīškalns village in Latvia (Kurmāle parish of Kuldīga county). Seems to be old military use in the past. Coordinates: 56°56'55"N 21°54'56"E. Very low powered 1.3 kW station. Non directional , horizontal polarization.
Upīškalns settlement was established after 1988 as a garrison of the long-distance communications center of the Baltic Navy of the USSR. Several communication towers up to 245 m high have been preserved.

From luga (Leningrad Region) listen Latvias radio 1,2,3,4; star fm, scontolv. I use analog tuner tef6616 with dsp.
Do you mean TEF6686 or TEF6616? And what do you mean by "analog" as they are digital chips?
@@HardcoreDXLithuaniaI mean tef6616 analog tuner with (dsp processor) rds,mpx, stereo decoder. Car radio system (radio magnitola) of Lada Vesta is built by tef6616, i use this radio magnitola.

Eu já vi um rádio sem vergonha mais igual a esse não tem dependendo do lugar que vc está ele nem funciona, da cada interferência nas emissora da FM

@@HardcoreDXLithuania A antena desse rádio é muito fraca para puxar várias emissora da FM se ela puxa uma emissora da FM é pouco as demais fica dando interferência no sinal, um rádio que contém no celular fala melhor do que esse rádio
