    Yes, natural cycles may not be a good fit for those who do shift work and/or those who don't tend to sleep around the same time each night (or if you tend to have disrupted sleep). It also helsp if you can measure around the same time in the morning on most days- I just set an alarm so that my body wakes up at the same time each day to measure- even on the weekends- then just allow myslef to go back to sleep.

    Oh wow so you have to sleep the same every night and cant wake up in the middle of night either😢?

      😂I thought the same ! I think if you got back to sleep quickly it’s fine but if you find yourself waking up at different times times and staying up later it can affect the temperature readings but if you have an Apple Watch or aura ring it should be better x

      Not exactly true. I use it & have been for months. I have no issues. I started out using the thermometer, but have since switched to my Apple Watch & I love it! Very accurate.

      @@cristyellen916 it works just fine! It’s easier than remembering to you the thermometer each morning. I wear my watch on the inside of my wrist when I sleep since there’s more blood flow there.
