Did you continue to use Natural Cycles after your 3rd pregnancy? I am currently pregnant with my first, and looking for a "birth control" to begin after birth. Preferably a natural birth control as synthetic ones haven't treated my body nor mind well in the past.

Sperm life ."Studies show that the average length of time that sperm live, once ejaculated or inserted into the female reproductive system, is around three days. This depends on where she is in her menstrual cycle, however-with just the right timing, stronger sperm could last up to five days." for those using cycles to PREVENT pregnancy.
