JV Vintage at full retail was the first bottle I bought, back in like senior year of high school or something, I just remember it was the first. It is very nostalgic, awesome stuff, and I LOVE how cheap it is at discounters now 😂 I still don't view it as a cheapie even though it's so cheap from discounters, it was my first "big buy" and I still love it almost 20 years later.

I bought 100ml testers for both Missoni Parfum & Missoni Wave from Fragbuy earlier this year, and both came with a cap.

Varvatos and the vintage were both some of my overlooked fragrances. But i revisited them over this past winter. I forgot how good they are.
@Ajav312. I have the Vintage, but have never sampled the original. Is the projection about the same with each one? Or, do you think one performs better than the other? Thanks. 😊
@oldies geek IMO, they're both about the same, 2-4 hours of decent projection. The vintage is just the original with some added spice. So, if you never smelled the original, I can describe it as a smoother version. Both are perfect for a date or evening, but you would need to reapply if you want to wear this for a full workday.

I like the regular JV (not as much as Vintage!), but the sprayer is a disaster on it, i took one off an old bottle of JV Vintage and it sprays, doesn't act like a squirt gun lol.

Recently picked up both missoni parfum and jv vintage in the same fragrance haul and I’ve gotta say I’m enjoying them. Going to BDC EDP over the missoni but I’m still enjoying it and vintage has been a blast to wear. Weaker side of performance but that suede and woodyness in the dry down have been addicting
lot of these cologne reviewers you included call a lot of colognes cheap, maybe cheap to you, but to some they are stilll expensive
if you cant afford 30 Euros for a fragrance then maybe dont buy them at all?

Can someone recommend me Fresh Long Lasting Fragrances? I’ve tried a couple but most of them doesn’t last, I love Missoni Wave but it doesn’t last longer. Elysium very inconsistent and doesn’t last for the price. I think a good one that lasts and it’s affordable is Light Blue Intense D&G.
Turathi blue performs very well. Also, if you're willing to spend a bit more, you gotta check Loewe 7 Cobalt.
I can tell these kind of videos (cheap and clones) are what interests people the most.

Missoni Parfum is utter crap in my honest opinion. Synthetic, sharp and sour. The Turathi is a hundred times better.
I agree! it's not well blended and you can smell the ginger and lime clearly, its not good. The dry down is the worst part, smells really bad. I would recommend Armaf Iconic over Missoni Parfum. I have both and Iconic is so much better in every single aspect, it's a similar smelling profile but superior.
Lagerfield smells like Explorer/Aventus.

Varvatos vintage smells like it costs multiple hundreds of dollars.
If it ever gets discontinued, it will probably cost that much. 😃

John Varvatos have horrendous performance issues. I bought their over hyped artisan pure. The damn thing smelled like unrefined orange juice non existent longevity. Ignore what people say about it on RUclips. You're better off with any mont Blanc

@@DHD10000 but, RUclips reviewers hyped it as having a very good scent. As a former owner, I can say with certainty that it t does not. Another over-hyped cologne by RUclips reviewers is lattafa raghba. It smells like honey mixed with burnt wood and that's it.
There's no appealing factor to it. I even had five of my friends sniff it. None liked the scent. Yet, it's over-hyped by RUclips reviewers. Lattafa badee Al oud is another strange cologne. Over-hyped on RUclips but lacking in actual application. Absolutely nothing special or outstanding about the scent. All it has going for it is it's performance since. I blind bought all these colognes based on perfume reviewers said. I had to sell all of them at a loss😂

Artisan Pure was my SOTD yesterday. I love it. And I own around 250 different bottles. Gotta spray it 20+ times but I really like the scent.
