It really depends, each business will open at a different time. Restaurants etc will likely open around 10 or 11 and close around 11/12 but some are open 24 hours! market food stalls will be open earlier, around 8 or 9 and close around 6, other shops will open around 9/10 until 8/9

But it does help to have a period of consistent posting, which we had for about a year (our last year living in Japan), as the algorithm will likely pick up on it. But at the end of the day, you can't substitute engaging subject matter that people want to consume! (But being able to hit this consistently is the real challenge)
