I've seen strobe lights mess people up pretty badly. Sometimes for many months and it was astonishing to see the damage it did to their family and friends. Just saying what I've seen.
The sideswitch Strobe is only in the tactical UI. The Outdoor UI has Eco in the sideswitch. You can change between UIs by connecting in the power source and clicking 3 times.

A joystick on a flashlight that small is a hard no, looks like one of those designs that would be even more difficult to operate with gloves on. The switch should be shaped more like joystick for it to be less awkward.

The tactical mode is done well on this and it is simple.
The accidental strobe on sideswitch is a deal-breaker for me. Otherwise quite neat.
Mainly me resting my finger on the switch but sometimes it strobed for a split second if I pushed too slowly to cycle up.

Did you even watch the video? 4:38 turbo graph. This shows 90 seconds before reducing to 440 lumens.

How much is it?
The switch is certainly different, but it's not my cup of tea.
It's not bad, I just have a bad habit of resting my thumb on switches and it accidently strobed quite a few times.
