OK... So love this... My cousin wears like a size 10 shoe so should I use like a g/h hook to accommodate a larger/wider foot?

Actually the way it's made, it can fit any adult size. If you want it a little wider just add oncemore row . You can ever add a few more chains to the "toe" strap

Can these be for children too or you have to have less rolls

They sure can. it all depends how old they are. You may be able to get away with just reducing the chain for the toe area or less rows
