To me when someone says it’s your responsibility it used to piss me off. I look at the word different now. To me it just means you have to respond to things in life. Responding in a positive way is what will hopefully give you the best outcome. Not to say I always respond positively.

Join the Iron council. It’s about to open I believe. I am the youngest active member joined at 21 and just became 23. I am way ahead of people in our age group and that has to do greatly with the Iron Council. It won’t be easy but the men are there for you.

I cant remember where but i had written a post or comment a few years ago with almost the same analogy or metaphor you had for vulnerability using the castle or perimeter as something to protect and the need to be aware of the gaps or vulnerabilities that could exist. Great minds think alike. Also, a rabbit is vulnerable to the wolf. A company's IT infrastructure has critical vulnerabilities that vould be exploited by hackers. Vulnerability is not a good trait for men. Being honest, open, and humble are much better terms.
Great job Ryan, but as a person with a physical disability, one of my symptoms of my physical disability is Chronic depression and anxiety with Chronic Pain and fatigue. I have both good and bad days with it. As men were taught to not show weakness as You mentioned, but great way to show a path to success with the good mindset as much as possible as we travel through out our lives

And maybe you don't have the answers now, but your working on figuring that out or I'm going to consult my counsilmen to get some options on how to deal is a great way for you and those who follow you to rest easy that what bothers you can & will be delt with. Don't put your vulnerability on display and communicate your needs to those who want to help and reward them well?
Be prepared to take care of yourself and own your problems. . . Whatever you are presented with and think long term. Everyone wants to be in the asset column until the head hunters come a looken.
