    I love my little Haze. So easy to ride, zero learning curve. Simple, fun, easy to maneuver and light enough a woman can fold and put in her car! Costco had 499.99, special just finished (March 5), but they do them every couple months or so. Ever since I got mine I can't stop riding it. Using PAS 2, light throttle, I've done 12 miles and still have FULL BARS! (Weight 145)

      I am glad you like it! I had one bolt pro came with deflective battery monitor was always full. I hope this is not in your case and the bar will drop eventually .

      @@erides sorry about yours. I hope not and don’t think so. I rode 5.2 miles again today on it and still going strong. I also bought the Lectric XP 3.0, but it is a much harder and heavier bike to ride. Not digging it’s much.
      Example did 5.2 today on Haze and 3.5 on Lectric. I preferred my ride on the Haze except for the little shocks on bad road.

    • @erides
      @erides  Год назад +1

      yes, I think many people buy lectric xp 2.0 or 3.0 without realizing how heavy about 65lbs. I just made video about bike somewhere in between the Onebots9 ruclips.net/video/k7Kg-j6ErZc/видео.html . I think little lighter then Haze but larger with 6 gear and nice display and still compact. its only $700

    Make sure you put a couple of drops of wd-40 on the collapsable peddles so they don't stick. Also the cool thing about this bike is when folded they fit perfectly in a costco black container! They are heavy to lift but very portable and the batteries last a long time! I put a new seat on mine and that makes it a lot more comfortable on trails and gravel.

    I'm thinking that a low powered bike with a 15 MPH speed limit like this probably was only intended to be used for going short distances. It would be perfect for college students getting from one end of the campus to the other for example. If I'm going to invest in an electric bike to go further, I would get an ebike that had more power.

    I have a Jetson bolt pro (and Lectric XP 2.0). Not enough improvements to justify upgrading to the Jetson Haze. However, if I didn't have a Jetson bolt pro I'd buy the Voyager Radius instead.

      I wouldn't go from xp 2.0 to Haze but I would consider Haze over Bolt Pro if want longer range and aluminum frame with more compact and softer ride,removable battery... I guess I will do compare video to Jetson Bolt pro soon.

    • @webchez69
      @webchez69 Год назад +2

      I also have 2 Bolt Pros, and have had and a lectric XP. The Bolt Pro is shorter (14 in wheels vs, 16 inch), lighter, it goes the same speed. If compactness is important, the Bolt is the clear winner. It can fit in a space 8 inches wide, like between furniture, and on a train. The haze, like all mid-folding bikes do not get smaller when you fold them.... They get WIDER, and harder to handle and move. Also, the Haze, like the Lectric XP, uses a custom battery that you cannot get anywhere. The bolt Pro has a common square battery, and you can easily make modifications for any battery you like. For the price, size, and speed, the Bolt Pro is an A+! in my book.

    Sadly, in Canada you cannot order an extra battery from Jetsons website, or any other parts from their website because they do not ship anything to Canada! Hence, why I ordered two bikes at this fantastically reduced price! One can always be used for spare parts, and I get the extra battery for extended range if I wanna go further while I’m riding one of them by myself! And like I said, if I wanna ride with a friend I’ve got a second one and we can ride a shorter distance together! Shorter than what I would be able to ride using both batteries for one of them! I do not believe I will ever see this great deal on this type of ebike ever again! This is probably a one time shot only!

    Hey dad, another excellent video by the way, I just have one question for you if you could make some videos in regards to torque comparisons! Please take some side shot videos of the torque of each of the ebikes Jetson Bolt Pro, this one, the Jetson Haze, as well as this Onebot S7 and the Voyager! You might need an assistant for this, to show both bikes riding side-by-side and the torque that each bike provides when you take off as fast as possible! I would like to see the difference in torque speeds! As far as I know and I’ve watched pretty much every single RUclips video you’ve made on Jetsons, some of them several times over, you have not made this type of video yet showing the torque of each bike from the side from a bit of distance away, in a comparing way! One bike against the other etc.! Thank you dad and have a great day, and keep on making these fantastic RUclips videos! 😀👍👍

      Thank you for your support. I wish I havevsomeone to assist with video recording, but at this time, I am the only one as I do it as hobby. It's hard to record the torque difference as all of those ebikes are in low torque . I think about 25-30 nm .I can say haze and onebot has more torque as they speed up faster then Bolt pro and it feels better pulling power but not a lot

    We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!

    I think they screwed up with this Haze. Bolt Pro was low price with an acceptable speed/power. This is just a little faster but double the price. There's a bunch of folding bikes on Amz for $500 that are 18.5 MPH (there's 1 on sale for $420). My Bolt Pro's suspension seat w/tires at 45psi, rides less harsh than my Lectric XP with 30psi & 4" fat tires. I can take the Bolt Pro on rough hiking trails; carrying it over large boulders, fallen tree bridges, etc. If this Haze can do 20 MPH, it may be good.

    • @erides
      @erides  Год назад

      I am not sure what you mean they screwed up? They still sell them a lot and this bike about $50 cheaper then Jupiter x5 ruclips.net/video/rLeFdt-4EGA/видео.html I know its not fast but if you want faster bikes there is Voyager for $500 ruclips.net/video/eDavsXaWinE/видео.html and they started to make with front brakes now. Bad was: difficult to carry, battery prob. very difficult to replace (unlike Bolt Pro) & 1 brake, which was horrible. If that 1 brake failed, I'm dead. I returned it & got the Bolt Pro when Costco 1st got it; so much better.
