i was thinking something similar and had to check the comments. every person he draws is beautiful, especially when they smile after seeing the drawing
I think this is fake... There's no way he has enough time to draw someone, they have to be paid clients. Also, what are the chances of every single one of the people sitting long enough in that train for him to draw them - what are they? All going to the last possible train stop? And also, what are the chances of ALL of these people, sitting literally 3 feet away from him, not seeing what he's drawing and who/what he is filming with his camera/phone... So yeah... My opinion is that this is faked...

The Mother & child portrait you did, she went into, "Mommy Mode" when you first approached her. A bit standoffish, like, "who is this stranger, approaching me & my child?" What Mother wouldn't, right? But her whole demeanor changed when you handed her your drawing & said, "Happy Mothers Day." Not only is it her day. You took the time to capture a moment between a Mother & her child, a cherished memory that they can look back on. I have a feeling she put that in a frame when she got home! The positivity & joy that you bring people is absolutely, awe inspiring. Some of those you draw, could have been having a rough day. And you brought them happiness & joy. I recently moved out of New York after 39 years. I get a little homesick watching these videos. Devon, I’m an artist myself and I love what you’re doing. It’s 100% positive. We need more people like you.
I love the way he always gives them a compliment , whether it's something they're wearing or their clothes or their hat, he always gives them a drawing and then complement them. DEFINITELY A POSITIVE LIGHT in a darker world 🤘🏼
It's definitely a very positive thing to do, but it's also a very smart thing to do. In New York people are often so ready to be defensive, but that simple compliment is also a brilliant and charismatic way to defuse that impulse. Pair the compliment with handing someone a physical gift without asking for anything in return and, considering the rule of reciprocation, you're now extremely likely to receive a genuinely positive response. It's good for everyone involved. He gets great content and the folks he draw are grateful and happy.
What all that the world has suffered since 2020, this is one of the loveliest things I have watched- bringing such happiness to strangers. How beautiful your drawings are and how talented you are! Maxine was adorable ❤

Gregory May Transgender is when a person is born with a gender opposite the sex characteristics normally associated with that gender. 🏳️🌈 Mathew 19:12 Eunuchs that are born that way are transgender. 🏳️🌈 Eunuchs made that way by others were abused in some way and something inside of them blocks off a certain type of body but it doesn't happen to everyone that is abused. 🏳️🌈 Those that choose to live like Eunuchs FOR THE SAKE OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN are bisexual people that choose partners of the same sex-characteristics but opposite in regards to gender. Notice, it states God PREFERS for people to be in LGBT relationships. God created them male and female, determined by gender, located in the brain. I am Elijah of Malachi 4:5-6. In Deuteronomy, it states nobody was castrated back then. But, that is what God wanted people to think so they wouldnt take it out of the Bible. As Elijah, any discrepancies in the Bible are ultimately decided by me. I can't prove I am Elijah, but people keep telling me I'm about to be announced to the world. My destiny is to usher in the Messiah! Anyone teaching the LIE of monetary tithing, selling anything at all using the gospel, or teaching same-sex marriage is a sin CHOOSES to die with the wicked. Lev, Corinth, and Timothy were translated wrong on purpose by Billy Graham. The real translation is "men shall not lie with young boys" and the German version of the Bible actually says "men who molest boys." Romans is not referring to Eunuchs where on partner is transgender. In fact, God is the one that did it on purpose because they were trying to procreate during orgies. Sodom and gem. was about rape and had nothing to do with marriage of any kind. Anyone that rejects the comments from the messenger of Malachi 3:1 rejects Jesus Christ Herself and that means they CHOOSE to die with the wicked. This is not a threat. Ezekiel 33 says if you don't warn people of their wicked ways and they die in their sins then God will hold you accountable for their deaths. But once you warn them, if they don't repent and die in their sins, their deaths are now on them. Anyone that teaches anything other than this chooses to die w the wicked. That means all people that choose to continue to teach same-sex marriage is a sin when it is NOT (God PREFERS it) will die with the wicked by their own choice and not be here to walk the planet with Jesus.

i was thinking something similar and had to check the comments. every person he draws is beautiful, especially when they smile after seeing the drawing
@@nogerboher5266 ok
When they pull their masks off and we see the beautiful smiles...hidden for so long. Amazing!
@@MisterMooster I wondered how he got so much detail in a very short period of time. While it's understandable, the explanation does dim the magic somewhat.
@@MisterMooster Really? Well that is disappointing. I wondered how he could possibly do that. What if they got off at the next stop? My comment about taking the masks off and seeing their smiles still stands whether they're being drawn ir not.
My dad always told me, "a smile is the best icebreaker". That's why masks are bad in my eyes. You can show people your real emotions on your face, you have to go out of your way to make a spectacle of it.

I just love the sheer delight on these strangers’ faces. Such a beautiful thing, and to witness their honest firsthand reactions. ❤️🙏
I just love seeing that split second of concern when they are being handed something and then watching it turn to a smile and the thrill they get at seeing this wonderful man's talent.
Their smiles, light up their faces. It's BEAUTIFUL! I Love what you do. You're an amazing young man. 💙

I love the way he always gives them a compliment , whether it's something they're wearing or their clothes or their hat, he always gives them a drawing and then complement them. DEFINITELY A POSITIVE LIGHT in a darker world 🤘🏼
I agree 100%.

Transgender is when a person is born with a gender opposite the sex characteristics normally associated with that gender.
The real translation is "men shall not lie with young boys" and the German version of the Bible actually says "men who molest boys."
Romans is not referring to Eunuchs where on partner is transgender.
On God I tear up seeing those reactions to your drawings, you’re incredible and the fact that you do these things just to bring a little happiness to people you don’t even know is beyond inspiring ❤❤❤

To prove my point, every single person I've ever seen to get a gift had the same type of reaction. No offense. 🙂👍
This is one of those videos you keep checking to see how much times left because you DONT want it to end. Awesome video man you’re insanely talented. Making people smile like that too is the icing on the cake 👏
Devon, you have an incredible talent, and your kindness is unparalleled in today's society. You're giving people something to smile about. I'll keep watching you on You Tube. ❤️
The drawings are very interesting. He takes very “ordinary” moments and immortalises the beauty of it.
I love you for this. Simply by being noticed by someone like this can save a life. That life on the edge that thinks nobody notices them……. Well, you notice them, you make them beautiful on paper and you tell each something positive about themselves. Your a beautiful human being and I love you and your work. Kindness never goes unnoticed.
He makes every one of them look noble and beautiful. That is the way it should be.
This just goes to show how little it takes to really touch someone today. Everyone has their struggles hidden. Amazing stuff.
I could watch this all day. The pleasure on peoples faces! This artist has a true gift, not just with art, but with making people happy.❤️
I'm glad we live in an age where talented people are getting the attention they deserve on all kind of platforms. You are spreading inspiration and good vibes in hard times, respect.
What does he inspire people to do? What?
I hate when people word vomit.
@@uhuhno6441 I would say inspire could be replaced by encourage, but it does encourage to do what you love and to be kind to others
@@uhuhno6441 Y you gotta be negative about it? He inspires people and there's nothing wrong with saying that...smh
Nah we live in an age where mediocre talent is celebrated and real talent goes unseen.

Nobody here will draw anything. This fake pretending to sketch people on the subway while actually just taking pictures and tracing them yaddayadda and so on, all the obvious shit, he doesn't inspire anyone to do anything. It's short clips people watch that make them go "wow" for 5sec max, comment "omg so amazing!!!!!", spam their friends with it and then keep watching shit on tiktok and insta.
This is garbage.
This is nontent.
You have incredible talent. What's most amazing is the kindness you share, the compliments, and the thoughtful gift of the drawings. You're a wonderful young man and the good that you do, the kindness you share with people is beautiful to watch. You make the world a brighter place with your talent and humanity! God Bless you Devon!
The amount of talent this guy has is flawless!! Add to that his amazing personality
He makes drawing seem so easy, wow! ♥️♥️
The fact that he never shows his contour drawing process proves that he has something to hide. He took a snapshot photo of his subject with an ipad, traced over the photo under the paper and that's how he got all the facial features, likeness and forms perfectly right in the shortest amount of time with a moving subject at that distance. Yep, he's a cheater.
I couldn’t do it with a computer and transparent paper.
@@Waterbug1591 You don't have to call him a cheater based on your consumptions, even so if he traces off a device, it's not easy at all, it takes an incredible talent to draw like him.
The drawings are real of course, but he's not drawing from life in the subway. Notice how the light changes as he starts drawing. It's obvious that these are drawn from photos in the comfort of his own home. It's set up.
what I love is that this guy captures the beauty in each of his subjects. he not only brings happiness to strangers, he transforms them.
His "subjects"? Bro…💀
Freakishly amazing talent. You’re a beautiful human or maybe an angel in disguise spreading positivity. Not only do you give them a beautiful portrait but also a compliment with good vibes. Will never get tired of watching your videos. Pete B. Wow
