    Great advice. I overtrained, better to train consistently but not too frequently.

      I overtrained table time and didn't do enough at home work on the little movements

    As a beginner I can confirm the tendons are down for the count after a good amount of table time. Ive been recovering for about a week now with recovery excersies and rest. Great Video btw short and straight to the point.

      Yeah, the first 6 months are the hardest for the tendons but they will condition if you stay consistent with your practice. Great to hear! Thanks

    Overtraining is a big issue.
    But if I take rest, I feel Guilty.

      Same here. Instead of complete rest, I do light blood flow work which makes me feel less guilty haha
