My parents lived in Middletown from 1960 to 1984. The home cost $19,000. Half acre of land. Cherry Tree Ln. I lived there till 1968

When i worked in New jersey i remember early in the morning the maids would be walking the dogs.The rich area of town was like living in a park.

I didn't see my favorite road, Red Hill Road, which must be accompanied by some fabulous classical music. Kings Highway is also nice with historic houses. It's an actual revolutionary war road. Navesink River road is also lovely and it continues to Locust Point Road and Hartshorne Road that comes out by the river. I skipped a lot of this because looking at all those houses got boring.
