Thats awesome you did the solar on you rv like that. Ive done basically the same but i put a 38 seer inovair minisplit on the rearbumper and removed the roof top air. The 38 seer only uses just over 600 watts for the first 10 or 12 minutes then drops to 200 watts for the restof the time its on. I have 2 inverters a 3000 watt 110 and a 4000 watt 110/220 split phase. The sungold power split phase low frequency will also power a well pump someday also
If you ever decide to remove those rooftop airs and replace them with a really good minisplit you will be extremely happy. Just remember getting a 38 or 42 seer minisplit is only using just over half the electricity as the comparable 20 seer minisplits.

did you change the ac units to DC units ?
No, they are still Alternating Current units. 15k Btu each (x3).
