Not sure how I missed this bad boy. I'd be all over it, if my wife would let me. She thinks there's no water on Bohol. Do you know anyone who's drilled a well into an aquifer on Bohol?
Nice property! If I can talk Jhen into moving from her family farm in Leyte I will likely make an offer. One question though: Does the drought occur every year, because I remember seeing other older videos of yours where you were having a drought also? Northern Leyte doesn't seem to be prone to as much drought.
Bohol now its very hard to make a farm because of drout. If u want farm Just go to central Mindanao. But if in bohol u can find somewhere in balilihan.
Big property with plenty of space for planting. House just need to finish up. Mango trees are massive. Funny i paid $4 Canadian just to buy 15-20 mango leaves for my tea here while you guys have so much at your disposal there.
Am looking some farm land about the same size. Was considering in Bicol or nearby. Do they do owner's finance in the Philippines?. How does borrowing money from the Banks work, like say a loan or mortgage to buy or lease a place like this? Is there a way to do monthly payments? Would be my dream to buy somewhere like this or even better if it had a river running through it. Would love to hear your answers and thoughts, thanks in advance 🙏🏽
Banking is much different here as they don't use the FICO credit monitoring. It takes time here to form a relationship with a bank. Very hard to find owner financing...
I would like to do the facelift to that house. I will say you might need 5k dollars to clean, tiles, rendering and painting. I think this is very reasonable.
Wow nice area
Big electric tower = high voltage. Not residential. Great videos, thanks.
Seems like a wonderful price to me... Thanks for sharing...
Our pleasure 😊
That's a much better property than the last in every sense. Thanks for the video.
I like that farm.
Thanks brian! Loved the farm, really nice property and close to main road is a big plus.
Nice property. Wish I could buy it now. But I only have 50k

I will build a house under the shades or else you will be baked.

Yes
I want that too, is that in Bohol where you guys live? Is there any way of buying without being married to a phi liana ?
Yes. You can buy it under another's name and do a long-term lease...25 years is the most common with a 25 year renewal option
