''bump in the line'' is called 'triage' its common in all hospitals and emergency rooms to take the most serious or life threatening issues first , usually they have someone qualified to organize this at the entry point. usually here they dont let you leave or try to not let you leave if they think they can get more money from you. when my last child was born i ended up taking my wife and baby out and past the guard and front desk hostile like. it was mess. i raised my voice to say the least. she had been in there 4 days already and they kept sending me to the pharmacy across the street to buy things i knew my wife was not even getting or needed. i assume they kicked back money to the hospital? here you need to supply 'your patient' with food ,water and meds , dressings bandages etc, i guess all THEY do is give the meds you bought them to your wife or whoever?
Great work so far
