I'm the type of gamer who really picks games for the vibe and the immersive escapism. With TES 3 - 5, AC Origins and Odyssey, and Harry Potter you have managed to hit precisely all of my favorite worlds and mental sacred spaces, and the way you switch up the scenes and pick the music really make me feel like I can be there without having to throw on the consoles. I've needed this. Thank you so much.
I appreciate the subtle ambiance noise. The music is just the right level to feel like I'm in a library/in the city working, while a bard/group plays in the background.
This is just what I needed! I have been trying to find an arcane university ambience video to play while I study and while this isn't quite that, it is quite nice
Why would it matter if he did, or not? It doesn't change the music. I'm not too interested in what a composer does or doesn't do it in their personal life. I'm interested in if they make compelling and immersive music.

This is Oblivion version. Skyrim is the same music changed up. Go listen to Morrowind music it's older and you can hear Oblivion and Skyrim because the music is changed by octaves and speed. I was surprised by it. But it was cool.
Its so wild many people (myself included until very recently) didn't know a ton of skyrim tracks reuse the same base music back to morrowind 🤯 just goes to show how damn perfect it is 🙌💎

Ah, la musica de la ciudad imperial es la mejor, es bellisima. Tan solemne y especial.

Impossible to know for sure, unfortunately.
A lot of this is Skyrim music, not Oblivion.
