I’ve never seen someone order secret menu food with custom orders. Usually you ask for the specific item and since it’s a secret thing…they know what to do.

so for the McDonald's secret item (I always just called it the "the mcmanburger) get rid of the bottom bun of the mcdouble and the bottom bun of the McChicken (this keeps the toppings/condiments of both sandwiches) and then put the 2 sandwiches together. It's my favorite thing at McDonald's!!! It's so much better this way because it's not as much bread.
I used to get the mcgangbang all the time back when I lived in Texas cause they have a hot and spicy mcchicken, but I recently moved to Georgia and they don’t have the hot and spicy 😢

With the McGangbang, I feel like the 'traditional' way is just wayyy too much bread. What I usually do is get rid of the 2 bottom buns and smack the 2 tops together. Also, I usually add bacon to one of them as well.

Honda with their AC problems is pretty common considering I don't think they've not learned their lesson not buying cheap compressors. Or you might be just lucky that all of the freon leaked out in which that case, is cheap to fix.
Had to pull my dash to fix my heater, this winter, and must have pinched a wire, because now my AC keeps blowing fuses and of course does not work. Just not ready for another 10 hours messing with the dash.

It's not listed on the menu that's why they have to specifically have to tell them how to make it
