Right click the keyframes themselves in the timeline or in your workstation and select Keyframe Interpolation... ("Bezier" / Continuous Bezier will give you smooth curved paths like in this tutorial). You can also use your pen tool (G) to play with your keyframes (change their curves/simply convert curves to linear "straight lines").
The music is very annoying .. the way of applying the commands is not clear. You were supposed to either talk or write the steps, and do I have to convert the text layer to a shape?

Hello, I don't know how to change the color of the echoes, but to add transparency you can lower the Attenuation gauge !

yes you need to convert the text in to shape layer and then add the echo effect.. its clear.. watch more and more times so that you will understand
