I managed to climb up to the top with this Team: moxie gyarados , multiscale dragonite and focus sash gengar worked pretty well with the set ups allways good starts. I mean if you run into a Double team bullshit team you fucked up but otherwise I went trough pretty solid 👍🏼
Currently working on getting a team together for the Battle Tower. I already have my Salamence and my Azumarill done. I'm just trying to get my Heatran to level 100 and get a Shuca Berry.
I defeated Palmer in Master Class today! But sadly, only the pokémon that took part in the battle got the ribbon. This is very different from previous versions... That really bugged me!!!!
Would this be a good team to get to 100 win streak in just the regular single battles, not the master battles? And if so, would azumarill be the best choice for lead Pokémon? I’ve tried so many sets, from Life orb Latios, life orb nidoking, flame orb milotic, lum berry tyranitar and lum berry gyarados, leftovers rotom wash, and the focus sash cloyster. I just can’t get out of the rut I’m in.
Normal mode is much easier then masters. If youre goal are the 100 win Streak you should try it there. The master league is onlly something for real geeks, trust me pal because even the normal trainers can have legys and some nasty strats up there sleve alltough if you make it to win 6 Battles in a row the 7th battle is allways a gym trainer or cynthia depends on youre rank it starts allways with 1 like the normal game gym battles in this case he is allready at the Last Stage so the Last trainer is palmer thats why there are 10 ranks 1-8 gym trainers 9 is Cynthia and 10 is palmer
I've managed to beat all trainers Rank 1 - 10 defeating all gym leaders, Cynthia and Palmer with the following team 1) Salamence (Lead) - Jolly | 252 Atk | 252 Spe | 4 HP - Intimidate | Focus Sash - Outrage | DragonDance | AerialAce | Earthquake 2) Cresselia - Bold | 252 Def | 240 HP | 16 Spe - Levitate | Leftovers - IceBeam | EnergyBall | Rest | CalmMind 3) Entei - Jolly | 252 Atk | 252 Spe | 4 HP - InnerFocus | WideLens - SacredFire | Crunch | StoneEdge | Extremespeed Team Review 1) Salamence - Intimidate is so useful against so many physical leads, allowing your switch in to take less damage, I did multiple switches between mence and cres to get multiple attack drops on yawn swampert lead until he was -6 and I go ahead to set up with cres - Focus sash allows me to survive lapras leads to immediately get off 2 outrages and allow my entei to clean up with espeed, set up a dragon dance to sweep latios and snorlaxes in the back - Aerial ace has saved my run multiple times against hax mons using dteam minimize subst and is very useful against brelooms heracross and meganium - Earthquake for coverage against electric poison fire rock steel so damn useful 2) Cresselia - Investment in physical bulk is so important because calm mind allows you to boost your special but you have no way of increasing your physical bulk unless you maxed it in EVs, allows you to setup calm minds in front of physical mons and rest off the damage - Levitate is so useful in case entei is at risk of EQ or Earth Power, gives a free switch in - IceBeam puts in work against so many damn dragon flying types, energy ball is a MUST have for gastrodon quagsire rotom-wash lanturn counters - Rest over moonlight because many times you can rest stall opposing mons till they run out of offensive moves, you can safely switch back in mence to setup or entei to clean up if required, heals toxic burns paralyze and if you get yawned, rest just give you back a heal anyway before you go to sleep - That little bit of speed investment is so it outspeeds non invested speed ties with Suicune and other Cresselias 3) Entei - Wide lens is so useful because you dont have to deal with missing sacred fires and stone edges just hit most of the time and only missed very rarely, crunch and extremespeed now have perfect accuracy against opposing brightpowder mons - I would recommend lum berry or life orb if you want to shrug off hypnosis and spores or have extra damage where it matters, these 2 items are more optimal, but wide lens is just a better peace of mind - Sacred fires burns are god tier against opposing phsyical mons, and burning scizor and rotom-mow alive is pure orgasmic experience, deals with ice grass bug steel, having a steel counter is always good, matches up decently against skarmory and metagross - Bringing an entei is so underrated because fire types cant be burned, and inner focus intimidate immunity so there are few ways opponents can hax you with an attack drop or flinch bullshit from rock slides - Crunch is so great agaisnt walls because the defense drops and extremspeed cleans up any opposing focus sash endure mons or if you get paralyzed Few pokemons I have trouble are definitely tyranitars, gengars, cloysters, latios, starmies, effing brelooms and tangrowths, because sleep, paralze, confusion is pure bullshit but at the end of the day, battle tower is 100% luck if they want to mess you up, a zapdos lead with thunder full paralyze can just end your run, i just wanted to share the team that was consistent enough to get me to the top and trust me I've experimented with so much Shoutout to the many mons who died with me on this journey, freeze dry lapras ❤️, scarf knot empoleon, safeguard raichu, calm mind raikou ❤️, drizzle politoed, belly drum azumarill, chestoresto suicune ❤️, espeed intimidate arcanine ❤️, speedboost blaziken, ddance charizard, sash sceptile, work up meganium, scarf torterra ❤️, multilum dragonite, sash garchomp, scarf heatran, shell smash blastoise ❤️, lifeorb feraligtr ❤️, scarf swampert i have also tried brasscoins legendary 100 streak team but i got to say hes really lucky because theres many counters to his team in the tower and he didnt encounter them or just avoided the hax where it mattered, still an incredible achievement what he has accomplished, max this team has achieved is 28 win streak masters rank 10
Used it from Rank 5 all the way to Palmer. Before that I used Lucario instead of Heatran because I was still getting it to 100 to bottle cap. But this Heatran iteration is much better than the Lucario one. Feel free to use it. It should get you all the way to the top!

Tankier than Azumarill, but worse defensive typing and you lack that immediate physical pressure that Azumarill has with Huge Power, which is effectively 150 base attack assuming max attack EV and Adamant. Maybe a set with Ice Shard, Perish Song, Protect, Life Dew/Waterfall/Sheer Cold can suffice.
@@The_Bear_Adventures Nope, haven't used it. Looks solid, though how would you handle Sheer Cold Bright Powder Lapras? I've seen that a fair number of times as I was climbing the tower. Super annoying to deal with. I find that the RNG needed to setup while hoping it either doesn't go for Sheer Cold, or it just misses, isn't worth the hassle.

I'm trying to get every ribbon in brilliant diamond on my Porygon Z. Out of the 3 pokemon you used what 2 would you recommend? My Porygon Z set is timid adaptability trained in speed and sp.atk moves Tri attack. Thunderbolt. Ice beam. Hyper beam. Item life orb/choice specs/silk scarf.
Azumarill would definitely be a strong recommendation. Switches into fighting moves that Porygon Z and Heatran hate quite well and has the rather valuable Perish Song - Protect combo. When I got all ribbons on my Glaceon, I did the Tower Master Ribbon in Singles cause I actually lost in Doubles lmao. For my Singles team, I *think* I swapped out the Latios for it. Heatran is rather good defensively, and Azumarill can take Earthquakes all day. I'd try a scarf Porygon Z with Latios being swapped out since the 2 overlap quite a bit (Similar moves in Thunderbolt and Ice Beam, intention to heavily nuke or outright 1HKO with Draco Meteor/Hyper Beam on your Porygon Z), but if you're more comfy using the 3 items you listed then don't let me stop you haha, though giving Porygon Z a Scarf would mean giving Heatran a different item. Sash maybe? Can remove Dark Pulse on Heatran and give it Protect while removing either Tri Attack or Hyper Beam on Porygon Z for Dark Pulse.
