Sometimes, I understand SNL's "Cut For Time" decisions. Somtimes, like this time, I really don't. There's no way they didn't have a worse piece they could've cut instead of this masterpiece.
The chick from Mean Girls is in like 90% of these movies. But the Hallmark has been a channel just waiting to be parodied, surprised there isn't more or hasnt came earlier.
Lacy Chebert? Yup. She was also in that terrible Christian Mingle movie. Apparently, she's that "used to be famous, but is now extremely Christian" actress this sketch made fun of now.
Ari Thomas The girl trapped in a snowglobe was an ABC Family movie. And there's TONS about the business girl going back and meets her high school sweetheart.
There was a Hallmark movie about a magic snowglobe that would grant any wish you asked of it. Presumably, if anyone asked for anything particularly horrifying, it didn't happen around Christmas.
I was grinning through the whole sketch at the accuracy but actually laughed out loud at "What?? It's PRINCE SANTA!" Nothing is too much for Hallmark Channel. I love this.
When are ya'll gonna learn, "Cut For Time" is just a title meant to gas you guys up. There's no way they didn't plan for this to drop before Christmas so it would get more traction.
My favorite thing about this is that there's already a Christmas movie where a girl gets stuck in a snow globe, aptly named "Snowglobe". Except it was ABC Family instead of Hallmark, and the lead was black.
Brooklyn exactly lmao. Tbh the only good thing they have is that you can truly watch them with your family and kids without fearing that a sex scene or crazy violence will show up and then embarrass you. I only watch so I will truly feel that it’s Christmas, they’re the few kinds of movies that I can watch with my grandmother and young niece, and it’s sometimes great to take a break from the psycho, dramatic, sex obsessed plots, even if the story is too predictable.
Was once in a psych ward around Christmas. Hallmark movies played in the dayroom a lot of the time. Cliche? Yes. But I still watched these movies nonstop for days.

enx I'm over it. 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😩😩😩
I clicked on this just to see that guy who is never in skits, and whenever he is in a skit the cut it. Glad he got one almost 20 words this time.
"he works too much so it's okay if I cheat on him" hahahahaha Hallmark to a tee
Yeah her and the oldest daughter on Full House
Kaija Schmauss Candace Cameron fits that description too and has starred in her share of Hallmark movies. She's in one this year actually.
"This is our Superbowl!" Good line.
Ugh. Is it a problem that I wish these were actually hallmark movies?
Ari Thomas The girl trapped in a snowglobe was an ABC Family movie. And there's TONS about the business girl going back and meets her high school sweetheart.
There was a Hallmark movie about a magic snowglobe that would grant any wish you asked of it. Presumably, if anyone asked for anything particularly horrifying, it didn't happen around Christmas.
S. Taylor It's a classic!
I was thinking the same thing.
Yes, but the good news is that whatever medication would help you probably will be advertised during one of them.
I love Hallmark! What a wonderful line-up of new movies. It truly wouldn't be Christmas without the Hallmark Channel!
Accurate portrayal of the Hallmark Channel
I was grinning through the whole sketch at the accuracy but actually laughed out loud at "What?? It's PRINCE SANTA!" Nothing is too much for Hallmark Channel. I love this.
Me and my thirty cats love these movies......
Meridith Devoe-Ellis is TOTALLY supposed to be a spoof of Candace Cameron-Buré! Hahaha 😂😂😂
This is sooo Hallmark😂 I'm dying
“He works too much, so it’s okay if I cheat on him!” 🤣🤣
I didn't even realize the video had started at first. 😂 I thought it was a legit add
LMAO 😂.. that's sad it's even that close! 😂🤙
"Once famous now very Christian actress, Meredith Devoe-Ellis!"
Candace Cameron-Bure: am I a joke to you?
These movies have made her worth $14 million so the joke is on us.
Also Lacey Chabert from the original 1990s version of Party of Five and was the original voice of Meg on Family Guy.
Franco gets cut for time?
okrajoe 4th time one the show, he's lucky he got a monologue intro.
That said, some of the skits on this episode were dang good. This one, while cute, not as funny.
You cut Franco, I cut you!
👆
When are ya'll gonna learn, "Cut For Time" is just a title meant to gas you guys up. There's no way they didn't plan for this to drop before Christmas so it would get more traction.
LoL PRINCE SANTA. I was like wut? It's a SEQUEL!
My favorite thing about this is that there's already a Christmas movie where a girl gets stuck in a snow globe, aptly named "Snowglobe". Except it was ABC Family instead of Hallmark, and the lead was black.
Black lead with a backstory is 1000 years too soon for Hallmark xD Everything has to be as generic as possible.
In its final episode, the entire series "St. Elsewhere" was revealed to have taken place inside of a snowglobe.
“It’s either me or christmas, Lydia!”
lol so true!😂😂😂
*she comments as Hallmark is on tv in the background*
Clarissa Peyton Same here!
Man they should NOT have cut this one. Hysterical!
I hate these movies but still watch them. I have a problem 😂
They're so bad but it doesn't feel like Christmas if you don't watch them 😂
Brooklyn exactly lmao.
Don't forget Candace Cameron Bure. And there maybe one non white person here and there, but they'll have a small part and never a lead part. I'm glad someone else noticed.
Jacob Sigler but most people are lol
clariola so why all the uproar ?
Jayson Crady why make a movie with sexuality of 1% of population as the focal point of a character?
Jayson Crady if you watched Hallmark movies, you would know they are in the movies
Jayson Crady Then your argument has no point, like the Will and Grace return. 🤦🏼♂️
Lol this is so true, but for some reason I still watch every single one and love them!!!!
Don't tell me. They set my Xmas mood. I'd like it involved even the people who earn less sometimes.
At least once in a while.
