    Brings back the memories!!
I had a 98 Grizz back in the early 2000’s.
Bored it to 635cc’s 10:1 compression Wiseco forged piston. I bought a Web cam for it as well. New wet clutch/drum as the machine had 5500km’s (3500miles). 2” lift kit and 28” ITP 589’s which at the time were the biggest tires you could get. ITP SS rims.
Also it had a shim mod in the clutch for lower bottom end power.
If worked really good especially in snow.
Then sold it and put together a package for my buddy to rebuild his 600.
    I went with a Wiseco 11:1 piston 608cc’s I think it was ( up from 595cc stock)
I sent the cam away to Colt Cams in B.C Canada and he built an awesome custom cam for that thing.
Then we put a Big Gun slip on exhaust.
That quad would actually wheely vs my 635cc ( lower compression) engine which would not.
Don’t even think of trying to pull start the 11:1 engine lol.
Anyway I JUST picked up a 99 600 Grizz so I want to build another one but this time around there are a few other mods that were not developed back then like slug kits for the wet clutch or machined sheaves so you get bottom end power plus more top end.
Now there are programable C.D.I’s as well. Lots of possabilities but that quad seems to rip pretty good in stock form!
Great video what area is this?

lol everything is stock but i think i may know whats wrong with your grizzly so on the yamaha's clutches their is a wetclutch behind the secondary well i was having the same problem. I would pin the throttle and it would rev up but not really pull at all so you have to replace your clutch pads also you need to be running yamalube becuase I tried a different oil and the clutch pads started to slip again so YAMAHLUBE! only lol thats the mistake I made D: but ya im pretty sure thats your issue. this thing has all the torque now :D

@@JoshuaLemire ok I'll definitely look into that! My grandpa bought the machine new in '99 for his campground so it spent 7 years of its life legitimately, no joke dragging campers around the place. I took it over in 2018 and threw a new belt on it and if I put it in low and stand on the back and matte it I can barely make it pull the front tires like maybe an inch. Idk if yours is like that or not, I know there a heavy b*tch but thanks for the info
