So my goal now is what your video talks about, emotional detachment.😏
Cool video. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let him go i did all i could to get him back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring him back
Watching this captivating video stirs up painful memories of the recent end of my 4 year relationship. My beloved partner chose to depart, leaving me with an unyielding ache. Despite my relentless efforts to reconcile, I find myself grappling with frustration and an inability to envision a future without him. Despite attempts to purge him from my mind, I remain haunted by his absence, feeling compelled to express my longing here.

Great advice a[pplicable to all ages ( woman in my 60's and still struggle with this.) Hit it off very recently with someone I met out there not on a dating site, who I really liked. He though, was only interested in one thing! At first buttered me up how how interesting and attractive I am, but very soon switched gears to what he was after. No further attempt to get to know me, spend time together etc. yet there is something about him that appealed. I guess great chemistry which I have not experienced for a long while, and an interesting, cultured etc. man. Hard to let go even though he made his intentions clear which did not dovetail with mine (certainly not from the get go). It should be clear to me, but yet seems a shame he was so low effort and in a big hurry to get what he was after.. Dr. Lilli,I will take your advice and tips, thank you!!

I recently went through a difficult breakup. My five year relationship ended a month ago, and it's been incredibly hard. I still have so much love for my ex girlfriend, and I can't seem to get her out of my mind. Despite my best efforts to win her back, nothing has worked, and the thought of being with anyone else feels impossible right now. I know it might sound odd to share this here, but I miss her deeply and can't stop thinking about her.
If you're open to it, seeking help from a spiritual counselor might make a difference. How did you find your spiritual counselor, and how can I get in touch with them?
I hope these tips help and please don't get scammed by people posing as "spiritual counselors"! Even if you're in on it, I want others to be wary as well!
I got friendzoned... She said she likes talking to me and values what we have us friends. I am at a standstill and processing what just happened. I said to her, I'll reevaluate and process things and asked for a space to think for myself. She said she doesn't want FO for us.
I'm sorry you're going through that and it's understandable to be disappointed. That's great you are taking space to evaluate and process. I'm not sure what "FO" is, could you explain?
I cant get over my ex. I felt super angry and sad at the same time. He blocked me but unblocked and talk when its convenient for him. I know its do me no good but i cant stop talking because im so lonely. He was like my best friends, and when i stop, he will be gone forever. I dont know what to do
I know how hard it is to lose not just a partner but your best friend. Someone who knows so much about you and you have so much fun with. What I tell my clients is that while it seems like they are the only one who understands you and you have fun with, that is not true. There will be more people that you can connect with. A major problem I see here is the loneliness. You are trading the pain of loneliness for the pain of keeping him around. The issue is that as long as they stay around like that, the pain will continue. Alternatively, the pain of loneliness can subside when you take the actions to connect with others. I think you do know what to do, but you, like many, are afraid to do it. It is scary and it's often difficult, but it is worth it. Rooting for you.
