I was able to do my workout today after my husband followed your directions and fixed my resistance issue by removing and greasing the pivot bolt with 3 in 1 oil. Very simple and easy fix and it’s working perfectly again.
You are brilliant! Two years of fighting with this issue, receiving bad advice from techs at Nordictrack to replace both the control board and the resistance motor, which obviously were never the issue. They had no clue how to fix

I have one of these bikes, it turns on, the screen works but I have no resistance, no rpm and no incline. Any tips?
Try to find a video how to recalibrate the bike. I did it and it works now!
