    Hey up I’m from the uk and my sole f65 wont turn on. I get the red light on the switch and a quiet ticking coming from the display motherboard. Checked as many connections as possible and still nothing. Do you have a watts app number to send pics? I can PayPal or send money for help

    Like I was saying it runs for a couple minutes and then it stops pushed up and restart it. It goes 1015 minutes and I have to restart it. I can turn it on it only runs for 10 seconds

    I love you man you’re very good, but it didn’t really tell me anything as far as we getting on my treadmill running for a minute and stopping grease push us some and then restart and it running for 5 PM 15 minutes

    Before you replace a suspect servo, get a can of compressed air and clean out the open case potentiometer. With the servo dismounted, disconnect from wall current, blow compressed air in the pot case opening, reconnect wall current and advance to level 20, disconnect mains when at level 20, blow again. Repeat process and you may effectively service a servo that doesn’t advance or reset to level 1 correctly. No more random level or brake errors.

    I changed the cables and the servo was way out of whack. Now it works perfectly.

    I want to know if my tredmill runs for 5 to 8 minutes perfectly fine, and after that i hear clicking sounds of relay 2 to 3 times and then motor stops moving for one second then relay clicks in and motor starts and this keeps on repeatedly. Until i turn off power for atleast 1 hour. I have toppro tp-1020 ac motor tredmill which have no speed sensor or thermal or heat sensor

    FINALLY someone who knows what they're doing from experience and knows how to explain/teach what they're doing. TY! I had to adjust the 'nuts' that adjust the arm to my resistance motor. But, watching your video, it's clear I should have unhooked that 1st or done something that allowed the motor to 'calibrate' before hooking that back up. I didn't do that so now the resistance displayed is not what it is in relation to those adjustments.

    Got my new Horizon 7.0 a couple weeks ago. I tried using those bottles of silicone with the long tubes to lubricate the belt but I just didn't trust that that method was doing a good job. Man, that belt was tight right from the factory. Couldn't get my hand under the belt. Ran the treadmill for a couple weeks and have finally taken the covers off so I can do the job properly. I loosened the rear bolts and lost track of the number of turns. So, I loosened them fully. Finally got my hand under to spread some silicone lube. It just didn't feel like all the lubing I had done before was even there and I had used a lot. So I spread it around real well and then used a sponge on a stick tool full of lube to spread it around evenly. Moved the belt halfway around and spread some more. I even turned the sponge upside down and ran it on the underside of the belt. It was nice this way because I could make sure that the belt was exactly in the center. Now, I've got to tighten up the belt. Since the belt seemed too tight from the factory, I think I'll tighten the bolts only about 5 turns and try out the belt. Even at this point there isn't a lot of underhang on the bottom of the belt. From there, I'll go slowly until there are no slips or sticking.

    Does anyone know how to put the thermal sensor back on motor I tried digging it out and it had a spring that popped all three wires out before I was able to see how they where placed. nordic track ntl 2011.6 thermal sensor replacement. Nordic track X9i unit. Also am trying to figure out why it won't start? Intially that was the issue. It gets power to motor 120 volts, however the DC volts on board are 6-9 volts when plugged in no matter if belt running or not.

    31:31 you're not concerned with stretching the belt by tightening after you've established the correct tension? Is it because it's a new belt that will have some stretching occur as it gets broken in? Would you do the same thing if you had to put tension back on an old walking belt?

    Just lubricated my walking belt and now it’s operating with a horrible skip. Tried tightening the belt after, loosening belt, checked motor belt and have no idea what the hell is happening. It’s worse now than before. Sigh 🙄

    • @chriskillya
      @chriskillya Месяц назад

      Find the area that is sticking and or the "skip", and lubricate that area. Sounds like it may have a dry area and the rest got lubricated.

    Your video helped me troubleshoot and repair a Nordic Track X11i that stopped working after it was moved. My fault wound up being a pinched wire harness causing a short circuit on the PWM wire going from computer to the motor driver board. Thanks for posting this.

    I have a life fitness 95ti, just put a new belt on, no matter what I do, the belt slips, front roller will keep spinning. I have the rear adjustment bolts as tight as they will go. What could my issue be?

    • @NickJ6425
      @NickJ6425 Месяц назад

      Well if you have your rear roller bolts (tension bolts) completely maxed out already, first thing you need is a new walking belt. Sounds like you might've had a belt too long to begin with. That's just a guess without knowing any other details or seeing it first hand. Good luck

    What if I did everything you just said not to do. I started adding more lubricant when I felt the heat and the friction but still give it a little quarter turn every time I did it. Can my treadmill be saved or is it too late to repair the harm caused?
