Just came back from Montreal🇨🇦 and there is a huge commercial real estate crash since 3-4 years out there ! Funny thing is that city used to be more important than Boston and Toronto decades ago…it’s now falling apart

Great video! To me this guy showed everything I need to see to want to move my office there, even though he was basically just walking around and talking I still found the video very entertaining.

Thank you so much for this tour, I am moving to New York City and will be working in Hudson Yards. So I’m exactly the person who you talked about going back to the office in these buildings.

You are going to love working there! Everything is so modern and clean, great shopping and dining.
Going to film another video there now that it’s getting nice out. Best of luck with your career!

I think politics and the general trend of working from home will continue to work against NY City. I would imagine hubs like this will remain strong, but they may eventually border more blighted areas.

There seems to be more social change that equals less interest in big cities, more choice of where to work... you can literally work from a mountain top or the beach. The pomp of city life will have to adjust to this reality. Seems to be starting in more liberal big cities

Hudson Yards is an architectural disgrace. It is a blight on the visual landscape of this city (as are many of the new projects being erected in NYC). Architects are too interested with their own ego and the shallow accolades of their architectural peer group, and not interested enough in actual beauty.
