I LOVE that our offense gets to practice against the #1 NFL defense all off season.
I feel it's going to be a lot like the end of last year. Stellar defensive play coupled with frustrating offensive execution. There will be good moments of cool plays, nice scoring, ball control, with a mix of frustrating stretches of three and outs. Hopefully by the end of the year they start to gel and with the home stretch of the year, the team is playing great complimentary football and winning.

Not worried about June practices in mini camp. All things being equal, defense typically gels before the offense, and they're bringing everyone back in the same system, so they SHOULD be dialed in and wreaking havoc. The offense is installing a totally new scheme, some new pieces and there are going to be hiccups. But now is the time for mistakes and bad days.

Prob a lil of both.. New offense going to take time to gel and going against a really good defense with continuity doesn’t help.

Not surprised the Offense is struggling against a top 5 Defense. A top D can make your Offense look incompetent
I think the defense is just that good, especially the defensive line. They will struggle but going up against such a good defense in practice, will only help the offense. Go Raiders!!!!

Both qbs are still in the learning phase. I'm glad we don't see our defense during the season .You all make it seem like it's a lock on D top 5 to 10 .It's called practice, and making it hard on them is a good thing.

Have been peeping a lot of this content lately and man, Q is the real deal. Dude usually ask the best questions at the pressers and seeing hearing his take tells me he understands the nuisance of the game

Fans are going to have to be patient, this is a process. We keep changing OC's which is why I never blamed Carr for occasional struggles because every two years he had a different OC. It will take at least half the season for things to settle down. I never over react to this stuff. It's to be expected. The offense won't really click until next year. Doesn't mean you can't win at a high level it just means next year the offense will operate at a much higher level.

Bowers and Adams are going have endless targets.
It's not that the offense is going to be that badly run, it's that the 3rd year PG defense is going to be the best defensive team in the NFL this year as far as fronts, sets and points allowed. Real Talk!⚔️🏴☠️⚔️

The part about passes being overthrown and underthrow sounds just like how it was for Fields on the Bears!?! I'm going to be irate if the concerns about Getsy as an OC end up being our problem for next two years.
