Last time I saw Sharon was FOX 11 news in the morning my senior yr of highschool in 97/98. Her coworker who is also cool, and I shall not name was plastered from partying the night before. I could not believe they put her in front of the camera that morning😂 Sharon handled the situation like a pro. I stopped watching tv in 2001, so my memories of Sharon are mostly from the 90's. Of course, salt water pool is much, much better than chlorine. The salt water pool is a BIG plus for this listing Josh! ; ) You don't put chlorine in your bathwater do you? What are buyers hiring a realtor for for a 10-20 mill budget. Percentage of sale price or a flat rate? I think realtors on the top end will lose money. I’d cap it at 150-200k to represent as a buyer no matter how high the purchase price.

A newly constructed farm house is a new house. A farm house is an old house. A farm house is all about the history of it. A new "farm house" doesn't have that. And there's no farm anywhere near this place..
