Sir my hospital gives only 5 vials in 500 ml DNS which goes over approx 6-10 hrs. Even though ive tried to change that but they insist that since pts are getting better why to waste asv. Kindly advice on this!

Start 5-6 vials is fine if there is no clinical or lab improvement we need more dose ASV,but time duration has to be less within 1 hr for 6 vials not 6 hrs
