When you when to your giving notice of marriage what documents did they ask for? Ours are asking for my foreign fiance to be on my tenancy agreement but that doesn't make sense to me as she doesn't have right to rent. Did they ask that of you or just an occupier letter?
In our case,they asked for our passports and proof of address, your fiance need atleast one proof of address, you can just add her on your electric bill coz thats what we did.. my fiance included me in his electric bill

I used my maiden name because thats still on my passport, didnt get a chance to change it before i applied for spouse visa

yes, tenancy and utility bills are okay, and you can also add bank statement if you already open an account here in uk

Hello, Q1 i answered No, Q2 I answered that I don’t have any reason for wanting to stay in the uk. I think thats only applicable if you already have a child here in uk that you want to stay for your child

No, just the tenancy agreement with my name on it as a permitted occupier.
