My father has PR and want to sponsor me. I'm above 21 years of age. Applied for EUSS fpt visa when my sponsor was with me and now they're asking for proof that he was in the UK at the time of my application. Dear Sir,
We have a situation here in Pakistan, wherein a woman married to a UK national has two girls of age 12 and 5, both holding British passports.... the eldest one lived in the UK for about 10-11 years with her grandmother. The lady was divorced by the father of the girls when marrying another British woman, on phone. Another of her child is on way.
The dilemma is that the said lady is on her own without any maintenance (another baby is on its way as the man traveled to Pakistan). The lady is in dire need of help! The grandmother is drawing the social benefits on behalf of the eldest girl.
I overheard someone saying that she can get a visa as a "BIOLOGICAL PARENT" maybe a single one (The DNA evidence must already be with the British home office etc as they issued the girls' passports, could you kindly help/advise in this regard as jazae kher?
