    FYI they (Park Rangers and ACE) are trying their best to clear the entire way from South Cedar Creek Landing to Congaree River this summer.

      That would be great! It was VERY difficult getting through cedar creek 😖

    Rosewood landing to 601 is another fun trip down the river. Roughly 45 miles.

    We plan on doing this trip in the next month or so (to avoid the bugs & snakes). Where are the decent camping spots?

      We camped about a mile in on the Congaree, but there were lots of campsites. A lot were very muddy during the time we went.

      We did the same route. So many logs! Didn’t find many suitable campsites.
