Hi @skyler_jaynes, Without knowing the full picture, the scheduler could have a set schedule programmed(an input from the parent machine). But if you are having a problem with your equipment, please feel free to reach out to our Equipment Support Hotline at (952) 562-9196. We would love to help troubleshoot and/or help you understand more about your unit.
Let's talk about the inputs and outputs, where do i activate them so that they show on the operator screen? I have applied inputs via terminal 8 and 9 , 10 and 11 and my three outputs as it is in the manual, now where do i activate them?
To start off this can only be done on input #1. Input #1 is on pins 8 & 9. So you wire up either a plc output (parent machine) or the 24Vdc applicator activation signal to pins 8 & 9. This completes the electrical hookup. Power on the unit. Select operating parameters and go to location 30. Set parameter 30 to 10. Now go to parameter 24. Set this to the number of minutes you want to wait before the unit go’s into Stand-bye. Note to test but it at 1, side note I believe there is a 4 or 5 minutes default delay. So it may take 5 or 6 minutes to drop into stand-bye. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out to us at (833) 293-7278 or on our website www.appliedadhesives.com.
Here is a list of reasons why the green check mark will not light. - Not up to set-point temperature on all zones. Call me - possible bad heating zone. - parameter # 4 has a long delay Programer (5 minutes is enough for a pneumatic pump. Ten minutes for a gear pump. - The green check-mark is flashing indicates that the parent machine his preventing this from staying on. One of the inputs is set to inhibit the pump from activating. Parameters 30 to 39. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out to us at (833) 293-7278 or on our website www.appliedadhesives.com.
Standby - this is found in operating parameters. Default is 100F and this represents how much temperature is lowered from the operating setpoint. The parameter # is 23. The manual for Pro Blue & Dura Blue, at the end of chapter 3. This section goes through it. Lock out Tag out!! Safety first. First off the manual switch destinations and you may overlook something because of it. I’ll outline how to setup automatic Standby. To start off this can only be done on input #1. can you guys do a video on common faults and a troubleshooting guide for common failure points or operator setup mistakes
Absolutely! We'll make sure to contact you when we have something up.
What would cause the glue machine to shut down automatically?

I figured it out it was the rtd, it was bad, but it never received an alarm for it thank you
The glue pot will keep reseting itself if you don't replace or fix the RTD
thank u guys

How to change temperature from degF to degC?
Parameter 20 will allow you to change from F to C.
How do I get to parameter 20 on messa 6 ?? Would like to change C to F
What the hottest you recommend me put the degrees f
This is a bit more nuanced. You can go up to 450°F. The common prongs are boron with a max temp of 390°F. To go higher you need Kalrez seals.
How do I install an external light to signal low glue level, I have changed parameters 40 to 4 but I don't get a signal out
Low level signal is a closed contact. They supply the signal. See manual - chapter 3 (the last 6 to 8 pages).
