I needed a backup pump and found that fish tank pumps look exactly the same and the pressure is supposedly the same but my Longer Air Assist is a little stronger but the fish tank pump works just as well and is MUCH cheaper.
I am so sorry. I am unable to make a video for that, but it is very easy to do. The pump has a single thin pipe like piece of plastic that sticks out. This is where the air is pushed out. If you are not sure where, plug the air assist in and turn it on. You will be able to determine where the air is coming out. This is where you connect the hose. On the laser, there is only one place to attach the hose. If you are still not sure where, the instruction manual should be able to help. After you connect the hose, turn on the pump and place your finger under the laser head. You should feel air being blow out. I hope this helps.
If you are planning to obtain a laser, this is a must have!!!
That is a no-brainer. Worth it.
Cant argues with you there. LOL
Yes the differences with and without the Air Assist are pretty dramatic. Next week should be an interesting video. Looking forward to it.
Some woods burn more dramatically than others and instead of spending so much time sanding, this is just the way to go! :-)
When I eventually get my LM3 up and running it will have air assist as this video has proven.
Take care both.
Cheers, Huw

@@Poor_Mans_DIY A fish tank pump is what I intend to buy as they state the psi is around the same but the price is hugely different.
Can you please show how to install the air assist pump
