    I have been reliving my childhood and life moments recently with my therapist..and never realized the pain I would go thru with this process...its been a lot of chaos ....love listening to Michael when it gets so severe then I can just focus on his words....

    Hi Coach, the feelings that may accompany us at a given moment and situation may not always be pleasant, especially when it comes to personal matters. Feelings and intuition may suggest various solutions to the situation, but we must ask ourselves what decision we are making in the current matter is right, what should we be guided by in a given situation with feelings, heart, mind... tolerance, understanding, gentleness of words, peace and composure, empathy and love.Thank you for being there and for your openness that opens many souls that need solace and understanding at a given moment.

    I wish we all learnt about mindfulness, about identifying, feeling, and dealing with our emotions from a young age on. It'd be so important. I just found myself crying during this meditation realising just how much pain and tension I'm carrying/holding in my shoulders and back. We're so used and trained to ignore our needs in order to 'function' that we lose the connection to our selves. Thanks for bringing it back!

    I am zo grateful ,dat you came in mijn life ,When I ask de emotion to sit next to me ,I feld heavy pain ,its so diffucult for me to feel ,whats in me ,but then it became stilll ,de pain feels less,en when i take a step away from it ,i say te color lila ,en now i feel so fine ,en calm.
    I can take that stap ,Thank you Michael, Your meditations are so good voor the trauma feelings y have ,I find stilness,en that is what I need so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Hi Coach, let's allow ourselves to be relaxed and free to make decisions in accordance with ourselves and based on reason and logic, the feelings that appear along the way can be different joy, happiness, fear, anxiety, fear, tears. It is when we feel such emotions that we should ask ourselves what I feel, how I feel in a given situation, whether it suits me, whether I want it in my life. If our soul and heart tell us that it is not good for us, let's allow these emotions to flow away and not absorb us on a daily basis. It is not always the case that we will deal with a given matter on the same day, we need more time. Let's give ourselves this time, and let's be very understanding and caring for ourselves during this time, let's take care of ourselves in this difficult time, our organism and our body will be very grateful to us that this we did it, let's be each other's best friends
