I've been making almost bosco sticks instead of grilled cheese sandwiches. Flatten the bread, add cheese, roll up, and grill that. It holds onto the cheese much better and the bread gets crispier. Also a better bread to cheese ratio.
This is a dish that I eat all the time. Sometimes I get the immersion blender out with some fresh tomatoes, sometimes I use Campbells. Some fresh bread and some nice cheese, its a good lunch or even dinner in a pinch.
