- Shocking new evidentiary documents revealed in Madeline Soto case.
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. - New documents in the case against Stephan Sterns, the man accused of killing 13-year-old Madeline Soto, detail what potential evidence law enforcement and detectives have gathered during their investigation.
Recently, the state responded to the defense's motion for "demand of discovery," which sought to see what documents, items, phone records, and other elements the state has in its possession before a possible trial.
The five-page document provides an itemized list of what the state has in its possession.
Various statements, logs, and incident reports from the deputies, detectives, and officers involved in the investigation are included.
But other items include affidavits for what appear to be social media accounts possibly tied to Madeline Soto, including ones specifically for Discord and Instagram. There is also an application for tracking information connected to three vehicles -- a 2012 Honda Civic, a 2010 Lincoln, and a 2022 Nissan.
It also references "Pen registration," which tracks outgoing signals from a cell phone; arrest warrants, a "firearms trace summary," and the "ME Report." Two of the numbers appear to be connected to Sterns and Jenn Soto, Maddie's mom, FOX 35 has learned. (AOL)

We all seen Maddie laughing, and enjoying her birthday party, we seen her getting pics, and running along with streamers, she looked so pretty, sitting inside at a table, laughing with her grandmother, and aunt, and when the predator is not in charge, they react, and he did! I don't think he brought her home until the morning, when it was too late, and we will find out if Maddie's mom was called sometime through the night?
The only reason Sterns allowed search 🔦 of his phone is he thought he had “scrubbed” it with the factory re-set. Stay in school.

Brave Maddie. I want justice for this warrior child. What she lived with in her young life day in day out is enough to break an adult. When your mom is an enabler of the abuse you endure, it makes life very complicated. You aren't even old enough to drive, you can't work, you can't flee, you're trapped under his shadow where he replaced you in her eyes. Our family was never the same after my mom married a man who hated my existence. This brave girl is so close to my heart because I can see how it began. "Don't you want me to be happy?," asks Mom to her daughter, and it starts. You can't just bring anyone around your kids. Please have a care for them.
The mother should be charged. She is acting like she is not stateable, so she doesn't have to face prison, maybe hospital. I believe at first she didn't know what to say or do! her lawyer might have told her to go to a mental hospital.
I am aware there are "black boxes" in vehicles already. My uncle did accident reconstruction for the MN State Troopers. It may not have been that a "device" was added to a vehicle after the fact but rather the permission to have access to the black box from before and even during something like this.
I just saw a missing person found in a case because the perpetrators black box showed where he HAD BEEN, they followed it to the area where sadly a missing person was deceased.
So again I think it may be access to already programmed devices which all cars contain.

The mother could not keep her story straight.
My stepfather, a SBI detective and monster, sexually abused me from age 4 to age 14. My mother never knew. She began to have inklings and asked me around age 12 if anything was happening. I lied because WE ALL were terrified of him. The abuse ramped up, I told on him and she left immediately! Never went back! You can’t say Jennifer knew
On that list is something about her seeing a psychologist for behavior problems.

I’ve hypothesized that she might have been drugged and either overdosed or killed where she was dumped. If the gun was involved it’s possible she had been drugged and then shot. I also believe it’s possible he strangled her . What I’ve been trying to figure out is did mom actually see her that morning and could she have been under the influence then passed out in the car when the drugs took a stronger effect- or if he continued to drug her and so gradually she was sedated and killed( I,e., Stearn said she was “ sleeping” or fell asleep on the way to school).

Maybe he didn’t necessarily use the gun to unalive anyone . Maybe he used it to coerce Maddie and Jennifer . It’s a possibility he used it to get compliance from them to do what he wanted . Not giving the mom a free pass . If that happened she should have went to the police immediately . Like in the Delphi case the gun was used to intimidate and coerce and control .

He admits, as well as the mother admitted the child did not want to be seen in his car. The body cam of these two on the initial visit is clearly evidence for the state, God help them.

Jenn's story from day one was a BS story just by stating she said she saw Maddie dressing for school at 8:15 am . Which never happened. Mom's behavior seemed like she was lying from the beginning. Jenn Knows more then she is saying.
Gentlemen - it’s counterintuitive to assume that Maddys mother was in on the long term abuse of her daughter. Sterns HAD TO keep his crimes secret for 2 reasons I can think of: (1) Jennifer would not have tolerated his years of abuse of Maddy and let him in & out of her home. It’s too risky for him to let her know what he’s doing; and (2) His thrills wouldn’t exist without the secrecy he maintained in his sick behavior with Maddy over the years.
I so lovethe idea that there is some tracking systems that can trace their travel(if I heard that right). Im guessing the defense is still reviewing the evidence and we just won't know much until trial. Bummer. I hate that his case has to be proven through evidence. For the child's sake , Confessions always work better for the families. And loved ones...
We all know Stephen is guilty as sin. We all know he's going down. What I want to know is WHEN are they ever going to charge Maddie's mom, Jenn? If nothing else, she's guilty of lying to police. She said she saw Maddie getting ready at 8 am. Maddie was already gone at 8. She lied about other things as well, such as saying she immediately called police (around 4), but they didn't show up until 8 pm. She's been lying and hedging since day 1. She surely knew something was going on. How about child neglect/endangerment charges? I'm sick of these people walking free when she had a DUTY to protect Maddie.

That Stephanguy never told the police where harbor was AND so they had to find her themselves with the help of a witness who happened to see him changing a tire not far from her precious lil body. I thank them for their very hard work and diligence. ❤😊

I watched a video of an adult telling ever story about abuse daily every night by step father trust me this little girl didn’t get a break for year that’s why she had dark circles

This is the very first i have heard about a gun. Some RUclips video said she was hit in the head with either a bat or a rock. But i really don't think so. I think Jennifer knew ,she had to see evidence on Madeline's clothes and her bed sheets. Someone said Madeline's clothes and underwear were in Stephan's room. So if any of this is true she knew and should be held responsible too.

Some people are still trying to make sense of what Jennifer said that we all have seen over and over. STOP TRYING TO MAKE ANYTHING JENNIFER SAID MAKE SENSE. SHE LIED. NOT ONE WORD WAS TRUTH. I think we will learn Madeline did not come home after the party. Or the camera would have videos of her walking in the house. The cameras would show her walking to Stephan's car the morning she was not dropped off for school. She was either in ghe car or another location. I also think Stephan intended to take Madeline up the road form where he put her body out. Up that road was a deep woods. If he would have put her in the deep woods if she was ever found she would have been bones and taken a while to id. That would have made the "someone took her " more believable. I think he woukd have returned to move her but it was too late. Jennifer had the news and police all involved, making anything Stephan did too dangerous. So the flat tire was their down fall. Both of them were in on this. She knew everything. Or she would have asked to go to the police station so she could rat on Stephan. But no ,she was in on the deal. She told a big un true of how shecsaw Madeline and how happy and so much 💩. I just waiting for her arrest. 🤔

I understand your frustration. I wish there was a way to prevent. The other commenter had good ideas. IMO- blaming the police is comparable to blaming them for someone speeding crashing their car, with fatalities. Should the police have prevented that?
